The Red Roof Inn sucks ass…

This is the second time I’ve stayed in a Red Roof Inn, and I must say… it sucks ass. I think my hotel is the only one on the block that doesn’t have High Speed Internet. There’s no shampoo supplied like the other hotels…. if you want shampoo, it’s a buck-fifty out of the vending machine for what looks like a one-use packet. Then this morning I needed a tissue to blow my nose… I looked all over the damn room and couldn’t find a box of tissues! Just used toilet paper instead.

Now, help me understand this….. the past two monrings, a copy of USA Today has been delivered to my room. So, the hotel can afford to give everyone a 75 cent newspaper, but they can’t afford to put a 10 cent bottle of shampoo in my room?

And what’s the deal with these tiny-ass soap bars? I’ve seen postage stamps bigger than these things. Imagine, cleaning yourself with something the size of a postage stamp…. I’ve been unwrapping all three bars they give me and put them in the washcloth and lather it up, baby!

Last time I stayed in a Red Roof, I didn’t get shampoo either… and I paid $114 a night for that privledge too (but, then again, that was Long Island)…. now here in Wisconsin, I’m paying a whopping $38.50 a night for this luxury room.

Ugh…. I say it again, the Red Roof sucks ass.
