Okay dear readers, it’s nearly 2005 and time for a quick review of 2004. Since I didn’t start blogging until July, I’ll just post a couple of thoughts for January through June….
January - I learned why it’s a bad idea to be nice to your customers.
February - A good month, the last great Valentine’s day and my birthday all in one month.
March - I learned that my girlfriend of nearly two years was cheating on me.
April - Literally spent two days of April at home, the rest, on the road.
May - Came within 100 feet of ringing the doorbell of an ex-girlfriend’s house. Probably a good idea I didn’t.
June - Back to New York for the first time since 9/11.
July - Back to Oklahoma City for the first time in 10 years… for my high school reunion
August - I finally Paid off my car!
September - Was a busy month! We remembered 9/11. Found out my ex-girlfriend from last March was pregnant. Thank god it wasn’t mine… My Auburn Tigers defeated the defending national champion LSU Tigers.
October - I learned I was more Libertarian than Republican. Whodathunkit?
November - I flew on Deathtrap Airlines, and drank where girls danced on a bar for my cousins wedding.
December - I declared Lurkers Amnesty Week, and saw babes in bikini’s in Miami… I beat the hell out of some poor alarm clock in New Jersey, and won a Windy!
Well, there we have it folks… my highlights (and lowlights) for 2004…. let’s hope 2005 is just as entertaining.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL!

hmmm…your year seems better than mine
here’s mine:
January-May 2004: life sucked in law school
May-August 2004: life sucked working in a law firm
August-December 2004: life sucked in law school; bombed 3 out of 3 finals
well….i guess that was it for me in 2004…I think law school stole my life

Hi Kyle! Just surfing by via Blog Explosion and thought I’d say, HI!
It sounds like we are similar in some respects! I grew up in Texas and moved to ATL. If I read correctly, you grew up in Oklahoma and moved to ATL?
Take care!

Yeeehaw, another Okie!
Well, former Okie for you, I guess, as I’m still stuck here.
Happy New Year.
I will come back later, when the last vestiges of hangover have disappeared, as I feel your blog is worthy of my full attention.

Sounds like a really good year… besides the whole March section that is. Well, looking at the pregnancy situation… maybe it was the best month of your entire year.
