Merry Christmas to me?

In News of the Weird today… my boss is leaving. Dammit, I’ll miss him… I had him trained so well. Now I’ll have to train a new boss! Problem is, I already know who the new boss is…. and she was hired after I was…. which means, I was passed up for a major promotion, dammit. However in an effort to make it “better”, the company decided to throw more money at me. Interesting concept. It might actually work if they can clean up the problems with all the details.

I’ve been awfully bitchy lately about my job, especially to people at work. I’ve made it no secret that I’m not happy there… I’m beginning to wonder if I should bitch about my job more often… it seems whenever I’m on the verge of leaving, the company gives me another 10% pay increase. Certainly something to consider.

What comes with the pay increase? The promise of more time on the road, more time dealing with difficult customers, chicken houses and customers who don’t speak english. Yay. I hate my life. Anyone want my job? I’ll trade ya!
