Back to the Daily Grind….

Well, that’s it… Vacation is over and it’s back to the daily grind. Since I don’t have any travel scheduled yet, I actually went into the office yesterday, sat around on my butt and did a whole bunch of nothing. Gee, it was almost like being on vacation, but I had to sit at my torture chamber er.. desk er.. crappy table all day. Yes, I don’t even have a fancy desk at work, I have this crappy table to sit at that about 10 years ago sat in the shipping department where they stacked up the boxes to be shipped for the day. It’s good to know that the warehouse has better furniture than I do.

Today promises to be another day of sitting the office, surfing the web. Gee, I’m so excited. At least I can play with my new cell phone today. I’m so happy to finally get rid of the piece of crap I had before. It kept dropping calls, hanging up on people as I answered the phone, reception was lousy. I’ve been told (by people who actually have the phone) my new phone doesn’t have those problems, and on top of that, it can actually last three or four years with heavy usage. That’s what I’m talking about. My old phone was just over one year old, and I had 244 HOURS of talk time on it. Yes kiddies, that’s two hundred and forty four hours of talk time. That’s like talking nonstop for 10 days. I burn my minutes up!
Before anyone asks, YES my new cell phone has a camera on it… and YES, you’ll probably see pics from it on the blog before long. Don’t ask me when… the answer is - “When I get around to it”.
