OH. MY. GOD.
TURN. IT. OFF.
TURN. IT. OFF.

Some MORON in my neighborhood apparently has shorted a wire on his car horn…. and it won’t shut up. Oh yes, look what time it is… it’s 3 in the morning… a quick look outside reveals NO ONE IS GOING TO FIX IT. I’m about ready to go out there and fix it myself, with a shovel.

I hate stupid people.
