In case you were wondering, it is of my professional opinion that you should never pose for nude pictures, unless you are willing to have them shown to the world.

A Portland, Oregon woman is suing Yahoo! for not taking nude pictures of herself down off profiles she claim were not made by her. She’s asking for $3 million dollars in damages. She claims an ex-boyfriend of hers took the pictures, put them on profiles and began chatting with men, directing them to the profiles.

“Due to these profiles and online chats, unknown men would arrive without warning at plaintiff’s work expecting to engage in sexual relations with her,” the lawsuit claims.

Now, you’d have to be one messed up dude to want to do that to an ex-girlfriend… that, or she REALLY, REALLY deserved it. Personally, I wouldn’t invest that much time in exacting any “revenge” I thought was due. Maybe this guy is a real loser and had no life outside this woman… This will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I wonder if Yahoo will change their rules for posting pictures on profiles (like some kind of “prove it” type program).

I wonder what this woman’s co-workers think of her now? Think any of them tried to score?
