PRAISE JESUS AND HALLELUJAH!
Earthlink has finally released me from the depths of noDSLhell. After 16 days of dealing with morons from India, I have finally obtained a DSL signal again. I can finally get online using the desktop again instead of stealing my neighbors bandwidth with the company laptop’s WIFI.
God bless people who speak English, as they are the ones who got me back online. Special thanks to Becky and Patrick in Omaha who worked hard to get me back online and get me the proper credit I deserve for having to deal with the likes of “Paul”, “Andy”, and “Alex” from India.
Bad news though, I’m told Earthlink is outsourcing most of it’s tech support to India and that they are laying off more and more American reps every month. This saddens me, Earthlink. As I HATE HATE HATE your reps in India. Please fire them all and go back to nice American people. The day I can no longer reach an American rep will be the day I go to the darkside: Cable Modems from (ugh) Comcast.
And I hate Comcast with a passion. Don’t get me started.

Nah, Earthlink doesn’t hold the blog hostage… only my DSL access from home.
